Bostwick Design Partnership Work
Research Effort
As part of a small working group of architects and researchers, I led the effort to establish a firm-wide research agenda and strategy that included an ongoing accessible database of literature for project team use and how to help project teams include evidence based design strategies. I also led efforts to quantify and qualify process outcomes, like improvements and differences between LEAN project delivery and traditional project delivery, specific to the Bostwick Design Partnership work.
Harrisburg Military Post Rehabilitation
Harrisburg, PA
The Harrisburg Military Post Rehabilitation project included renovations of three existing buildings, design and construction of one new building, and site renovations using LEAN principles for interdisciplinary project team management as a LEAN Construction Pilot Project for the Pennsylvania Department of General Services. In addition to Project Architect responsibilities, I created and administered ongoing team survey for project duration to track effectiveness of Cluster Group project organization within LEAN project delivery.
