I was the Pearl Qualified Professional for the 100,000 SF Bus Gate Building at the Abu Dhabi Airport, working on-site with airport officials through project milestones. The building housed 22 additional bus gates and services for terminal 3 as well as a first-class lounge for Etihad. I completed Estidama coordination and documentation achieving a Two Pearl design certification.

Completed design documents and sustainability coordination for new 252,000 SF United Cargo building at O’Hare International Airport. Coordinated documentation to achieve “4 Green Airplanes” under Sustainable Airport Manual guidelines.

As part of the project team, I performed existing construction analysis, using laser-scanning technologies in tandem with record drawings to create an as-built building information model of a historic landmark site for construction documents and as-built drawings.

The CIASTA (Complete Integrated Aircraft Systems Test Area) is a high-tech laboratory 62,000 SF high tech laboratory, adjacent to the CRJ assembly facility. My primary role on this project was coordinating LEED documentation for building certification.
