Bostwick Design Partnership
I worked as an Architect, Project Manager, and Researcher with this mid-size firm specializing in healthcare, institutional and higher education design between 2017 and 2020. My individual responsibilities included supervising architectural design staff; coordination with consultants; meeting with senior managers and principals to manage staffing; creation of pull-plans and project scheduling; client meetings; code review; and overseeing construction administration. As a researcher, I collaborated with fellow researchers to develop firm-wide evidence-based design strategy, and designed and administered surveys for ongoing transparency in design team effectiveness and organizational structure. Ghafari Associates
I was an Architect and Sustainability Coordinator at this large-size firm specializing in large-scale aviation, government, and institutional design from 2008 to 2012. My individual responsibilities included creation of schematic, design, and construction documents; supervision and coordination of A/E teams to achieve sustainability goals; completion of sustainability feasibility and environmental analysis studies; on-site coordination and verification. During my time at Ghafari, I was self-taught in sustainability goals, guidelines, and requirements for a variety of jurisdictions including within Canada, US, and the UAE. See projects here.

I worked as a junior architect at this small architecture firm that specialized in light industrial, warehouse, and residential design from 2006 to 2008. My individual responsibilities included site visits and on-site verification, coordination with consulting engineers, and the creation of schematic design, design development, and construction documentation.
